Who I Am.

Hi! I'm Catherine Donnelly and I've been teaching and training since 2010. From the Biggest Loser Resort, to Eastern Europe, to my home in DTLA - I'm passionate about getting people to MOVE their bodies. 

What I Teach.

My online library has over 100 high demand workouts with 1-2 videos added/week. Classes range from restorative yoga to HIIT to yoga sculpt.

Working out with Catherine everyday since the start of quarantine has significantly changed my body for the better! My butt is way perkier, my biceps, triceps and thighs are way firmer and more sculpted than before, and I can say with absolute certainty that this is the tightest my abs have ever been. Until last week, I have never been able to keep a straight back during boat pose (or any other position where one leans back), but now I actually have the strength to keep my chest broad.  Likewise, I can hold my torso up during a full extended right angle, which is something I haven't been able to do since 2012.  Jumping from a foreward-fold back into a plank is something I have never been able to do until about 2 weeks ago.
